Especially for the design of surgical guides for implants it is necessary to remove teeth, if they will be extracted in the moment of the implantation process. We are describing here two possible ways: The use of the replace tool alone and the combination of the cut and then replace tool. With the second option it is possible to get better and more predictable results.
